Maze of the Mind $65

Painted glass piece. I have said before that I see a lot of illumination. This piece has a lot of gold. Every place that is dark is really gold. It is a striking piece and beautiful in a window. I am moving towards glass as a medium to attempt to get the illumination. Although, I love to paint.

Forged Lives and Love SOLD!

Fused Glass piece. Love and life is a mosaic of many parts of all of us and we have to take each other for what we bring to a relationship. For Kelly and myself, he brought two fabulous girls, and I brought dogs. We had to forge a life and love. It was a mosaic of many colors, and pieces of past, present and future dreams. No one ever promised that life would be easy, but we can make very colorful!

This Painted glass piece of a Golden heart in the middle has so many colors and layers. There is so much movement, there is passion, a fire of love. Once again part of the collection dedicated to my husband for all he has done to help me.

Wrapped in Love DONATED

Fused glass piece. I have witnessed many couples over the years, and I know that Kelly and I have something very special. I don't let a day go by without letting him know that. My only hope is that others can find our type of love. We care for each other, support each others dreams, hobbies, encourage each other, soothe each other after a rough day, and push each other, we don't hide anything because there is no need to - we are best friends. We are wrapped in love.

Window of My Soul SOLD!

One of my first painted glass pieces, and still one of my favorites. It is fluid, very clear, and distinct. I enjoy the browns and yellows and how they play off the blues and greens. They dance together nicely.

Morphed Trio: Series of Three ALL THREE $75

This is a three part of pastels that only capture a part of an episode. They are part of the blending of the swirling of colors that happens for me. Sometimes the colors are not so bright, but muted. I don't know if that is due to the time of day or what I have eaten or even where I have fallen. But I find each time, in this way fascinating. It allows me to try to make some sense of this and try to appreciate these as a blessing.

Of Color (For these TWO - $100)

This is probably one of the hardest pastels for me to describe. At first I wanted this to be part of a series and then I think it can stand by itself. It is powerful in its own right. It has a lot of color! In some ways it reminds me of the painting "Our Core". There is something that strikes me about this pastel that just makes me stare at it. Maybe it will make you do the same.

Trans-warp Color

There is a part of the seizures that make me feel like I have been transported to a different time and place. It takes me some amount of time to get back to reality. I often have to ask what day it is or even what year it is. Sometimes, I ask for a dog of ours that has passed years earlier. It is hard on everyone. It is like being in a Star Trek episode without all the cool gadgets. Then reality sets in and then all the physical parts of reality strike. And there is no hyper-spray to take care of it in a flash! But this is an interesting pastel!

The Flame in My Heart DONATED

Everyone has a flame that burns for their loved one. It runs deep within. This is just my way of showing mine. I am sure that it will touch others for they too have a flame in their heart for their loved ones. I like the deep red and orange tones with the brown.

Devoted LOVE SOLD!

Another heart for my beloved. My husband, Kelly for all that he has done. There are so many people with disabilities and I don't think that people stop to think about the people that are behind the scenes that help them. That help take them to the doctors, ask the tough questions, get referrals to specialists, drive across country, manage medications, take time off of work after surgeries, and then when unexpected things pop up out of the blue; they are by your side. That is devoted love. Find your own!

Love and Just MORE Love DONATED

Who said that hearts always have to be red? I guess because this show is dedicated to a man, I have chosen to some extent to have some colors to me more manly. And then again, I like blue, teal, and those palettes. So, here is another heart for Kelly to express the love that I feel for him. The love and more love that words can not cover for all he has done for me over the past several years. I wish I was a song writer at times. But I am an artist. So, he will just have to read between the lines....

Just Thinking of YOU DONATED

I have to take the medical van to appointments, because with the seizure disorder I can't drive. Safety reasons, I understand. And when I am on the van, sometimes I sketch...I was just thinking of Kelly. I have this show coming up dedicated to his love and support over the past several years. He has been so amazing. I have been so blessed. And this is what came through. This heart that is propelled.

Molten Flow $150

Popping pinks and purple are the nature of this piece of art. The creaminess of the pastels make this very interesting to look at. This is a nice size of work without being too large or too small.

Tide $125

I would say that this is one of my all-time favorites. It is powerful, colorful and yet somehow subtle. I have really enjoyed exploring the differences in pastels and the results.
